Udayarka Jaladanki is the founder of Vipra, a nonprofit organization committed to promoting youth wellness, education, and cultural enrichment through the integration of creative arts and traditional values. With a deep-rooted passion for community well-being, Udayarka brings together her diverse experiences as a holistic nutrition graduate, event organizer, floral designer, Reiki practitioner, and lifelong learner.
Currently continuing her journey in interior design and architecture, Udayarka has a natural talent for beautifying spaces and creating environments that inspire calm, connection, and creativity. Her work is guided by the belief that blending traditional wisdom with modern life can bring harmony and depth to the everyday.
A passionate advocate for youth mental health and emotional development, Udayarka is committed to creating spaces—both physical and emotional—where young people can thrive. She believes that education enriched with arts, culture, and creative expression helps build self-esteem, confidence, and resilience in young minds, laying the foundation for long-term wellness and personal growth.
She has supported numerous nonprofit efforts across the U.S. and India, including Access Braille, Friends of Payir, Payir Trust, and CMAY (Classical Music Awareness among Youth). These experiences laid the foundation for the launch of Vipra in 2020, during the pandemic—a time that underscored the importance of connection, care, and cultural continuity.
Since its founding, Vipra has led initiatives such as scholarships for under-resourced students, relief for classical artists during COVID-19, support for children with disabilities, and community drives providing books and blankets to children in need.
Udayarka lives in San Ramon, California, with her husband and their two daughters. Her vision and purpose continue to guide Vipra’s mission of enriching young lives through education, creativity, and cultural awareness.
Ranjitha is a dentist who has been serving the San Francisco Bay Area community for the past seven years. She lives in San Ramon with her husband and daughter. Known for her compassionate nature and calm presence, Ranjitha is deeply committed to caregiving—both in her professional life and in her volunteer work.
Her kindness, and deep understanding of the challenges faced by today’s youth make her a natural fit for working with children. Whether it’s lending a listening ear or offering gentle guidance, she brings patience and heartfelt care to every interaction.
At her dental practice, Ranjitha is a powerful force—tirelessly committed to delivering the highest quality care to her patients. She is task-driven, takes initiative, and follows through with dedication and precision, making her a reliable and results-oriented professional.

Shyamini Vasili is a thoughtful and dedicated professional who brings both heart and skill to everything she does. By day, she works as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, and has lived in the Bay Area for over 20 years with her husband and son.
Shyamini is known for her calm demeanor, thoughtful communication, and a natural ability to connect with people—especially children. Her nurturing attitude, patience, and attentive listening make her a valuable support to both peers and the community she serves. She is deeply committed to building strong relationships and fostering a caring, inclusive environment.
In addition to her professional and volunteer roles, Shyamini enjoys reading philosophical, spiritual, and fictional works, listening to music, and spending quality time with her family. She is passionate about giving back and enthusiastic in contributing her time and energy to the community.

Pallavi Vasili is a dedicated educator and child development professional with a strong passion for supporting children and youth in both academic and social environments. Originally from India, Pallavi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and has completed her certification in Early Childhood Development. She currently serves as a Head Teacher at an after-school program in San Ramon, California.
With years of hands-on experience, Pallavi is known for her steady, thoughtful approach to working with children. She has a deep understanding of child behavior in social settings and excels at problem-solving, offering affirming and caring guidance when needed. Her ability to connect with young individuals, recognize their unique personalities, and provide individualized support makes her a trusted figure among students, parents, and colleagues alike.
Pallavi collaborates closely with parents and site leadership to ensure that programs not only meet the needed requirements but also provide enriching, high-quality experiences that foster well-being and growth. Her strengths in onsite care, task management, and team coordination reflect her commitment to excellence in every role she takes on.
In addition to her professional work, Pallavi enjoys walking, crocheting, and is currently learning both stitching and Bollywood vocal music. She is excited to contribute her skills and compassionate energy to Vipra as a volunteer, helping to create a positive, nurturing environment for the youth and families the organization serves.
